Hurricane Laura was a destructive Category 4 hurricane, and one of the strongest hurricanes on record to make landfall in the state of Louisiana. As the twelfth named storm, fourth hurricane, and first major hurricane of the record-breaking 2020 Atlantic hurricane season, Volt was ready to respond with over 135 crews across 10 major utilities. Volt Power crews remained on-hand months after, working permanent restoration efforts throughout the region.
